Review Energy Audit & Sign Forms
Please allow us a few days to provide the energy audit and forms for you to sign. Once complete, we’ll submit your application to the USDA and cc you.
Eligibility Requirements
- Over 50% of applicant’s income must be from agriculture
- Pumps must be used for irrigating agricultural crops
- Overall Pumping Efficiency should be less than 50%
- Pump efficiency test performed within the past 2 years for each pump
- See Fresno State’s APEP website for test subsidies within PG&E territory
- Projects are either:
- Located in a Distressed/Disadvantaged Community. Check locations HERE
- – OR –
- Below $40,000 in total cost
- Located in a Distressed/Disadvantaged Community. Check locations HERE
- Projects have NOT been started yet, including neither paying deposit to retrofit company nor pulling pump from well.
- Project can be started as soon as USDA completes the Environmental Review
- If awarded, projects have 2 years to be installed
- Projects are located in California
